Responsibilities

Responsible for the organization, administration and implementation of companys sales objectivesManagement of performance of the departmentWorks closely with departments and customers to meet the quality and service requirements.

Analyze sales objectives for both present and prospective customers, sales and service activity demands and programs for effective sales coverage.

Assists in the preparation of competitive bids and proposalsTo develop sales forecasts, territory potentials, territory analysis and cooperate with management in setting adequate sales quotas and goals.

Reports department activities to management through work plan and territory analyses.
Oversee the day-to-day operation.
Manage the sales team.


Job Requirements:
Min. Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related disciplinePreferably with a minimum of 3-5 years work experience in related industry, servicing oil & gas downstream customersGood contacts and strong network with oil & gas companiesPossess own vehicleGood command of the English language (written & spoken)Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint)Self-motivated and result-oriented team-player who is able to work under pressure
