How you succeed

As an individual contributor, you will lead the development and maintenance of HR analytics data products, HR data warehouse and data pipelines, ensuring the availability of accurate and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

What you do

A) Data Product Management

Execute the ideation, design, and development of various HR analytics data products such as dashboards, data models and data warehouse base tables
Work with HR analysts, HR business partners and business leaders to review requirements for new products, enhancements and features to meet their business objectives
Proactively discover and locate business problems, conduct feasibility studies and propose design and implementation plans for new data products
Communicate and manage the data products roadmap for timely delivery of new products, enhancements to the stakeholders
Train and educate users on product usage, develop reference resources including user guides, training videos and live demonstration sessions

B) Data Engineering & Data Warehouse Management

Design, build, and optimize data pipelines, ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of HR data from various sources into the data warehouse.
Oversee the infrastructure, including the creation and maintenance of base tables and data models to support analytical and reporting needs
Implement robust data governance and validation processes and ensure data quality standards are met throughout the data product lifecycle.

C) Performance monitoring and innovation

Track the performance of HR analytics data products, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize usability and efficiency.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in data engineering, HR analytics, and data product management to drive innovation within the department

Qualifications

Who you are

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in data product management or HR analytics or data engineering related work
Knowledge of data warehouse technologies, data infrastructure management and data engineering eg. SQL, Hadoop, Teradata
Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, ETL processes, and data pipeline design. Knowledge of data warehouse solutions and data query like Hadoop, SQL, or SAS is essential.
Proficient in visualization platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to leverage data to derive valuable insights and make datadriven decisions
Strong communication, problemsolving, and documentation skills with high degree of attention to detail
Strong team player to work with various stakeholders and take lead in driving technical conversations with Data and HR Teams
