- Monitor agency sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports
- Be project ICs for agency initiatives like Leads campaigns, MDRT, Awards, Contract Maintenance, Appointment Standards, AL/FC promotions and quarterly incentives
- Create a culture of commitment and achievement
- Work closely with the recruitment team to support recruitment efforts within cluster
- Assist in the development of sales incentives at department and cluster level
- Handle all issues for the Agency Leaders (ALs) and Financial Consultants (FCs) to ensure alignment with PACS goals
- Develop positive business relationships with internal and external customers
- Manage and drive the implementation of process improvements
- Work with the Compliance Department regarding FCs and ALs compliance with regulatory and company compliance standards to provide advice to the Agency Distribution
- Monitoring and recommending the promotions of ALs and FCs
- Exhibit ability to deliver effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess strong leadership qualities and a mind towards excellence
- Strong stakeholder management skills in influencing and persuasion
- Dynamic individual who strives in fast moving environment
- Sales experiences in insurance/investment sales is preferred
- CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications is preferred
- Degree in Business or related fields of study
