As our
Business & Strategy Lead Analyst, you will be a part of the Marketing Growth & Intelligence team and play an integral role in driving strategic decisions to drive sustainable growth for the 3 markets that we are currently operating in (SG, US, AU) through data-driven practices.

You will be involved in target setting and budget allocation decisions that align with our business objectives. You will analyse media channels' performance to help drive impactful marketing decisions.

What does the role involve?

Revenue Target Prediction

Understand the business drivers and align targets and initiatives with business stakeholders
Predict, plan and determine revenue targets
Breaking down into metrics and targets for channels and various teams to achieve growth and efficiency targets

Budget Allocation

Plan and develop the Castlery media strategy for direct response campaigns and branding campaigns (when required) predominantly digital (social, display, search, etc.) and offline channels where appropriate based on media channel's performance
Plan media buys with vendors when required

Performance Tracking & Recommendations:

Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly deep dives into country and channels' performance to (a) ensure performance is on track and propose next steps based on learnings and (b) identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collect and analyse data to evaluate performance and feed learnings into future media planning.
Keep abreast of marketing trends and innovations to ensure Castlery is always a pioneer in marketing

Cross Function Collaboration & Projects:

Work collaboratively with channel owners to plan media, share insights and brainstorm initiatives to grow the business.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Minimum 3 years of media experience
Bachelor's Degree from recognized universities. Degree in marketing/statistics/business related fields is a plus
Good understanding of marketing channels (especially digital channels)
Strong analytical problemsolving skills with passion for data analytics
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Detailoriented and curious about solving business problems.
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise & perform a variety of tasks over the course of the workday
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good working attitude and open to growing together with the team.
