Administrative Executive - Singapore - MANPOWER LINK PTE. LTD.
Description
Job duties:
- Working with accounts for your assigned client profiles
- Manage new business contracts, proposals, and renewal opportunities
- Draft, review, and revise contract terms and conditions for existing clients
- Ensure all customer renewal quotes are processed in a timely manner
- Facilitate the execution of all contracts and appropriate internal and external distribution
- Identify and resolve contractual issues and disputes
- Organize, update and maintain databases and files of all clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's feedback and inquiries
- Handle and manage the recruitment, selection and placement process
- Manage and support onboarding and offboarding process
- Prepare the letter of appointment, confirmation and termination
- Manage employee P-File and maintain employee records
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
- Prepare recruitment/manpower summary reports and attrition reports
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Handle enquiry from stakeholders as required
- Standby during weekend to prevent any issue on job site
- Other assigned administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum "O" level required.
Able to work on weekend and Public Holiday.

Have to standby on weekend and Public Holiday and attend to job site with any issue.

At least 3 years of relevant working experience is required.

Basic understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Independent and able to multitask.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
