    Credit Documentation Head

Our core activities include the acceptance of fixed and saving deposits from the public as well as the provision of loans and credit facilities to individuals and corporations, particularly the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore.     Role and Responsibilities

    Sing Investments & Finance Limited is looking for a dynamic individual with team supervisory experience and track record in handling Credit Documentation to join its Management team. Reporting to Senior Management, the successful candidate is required to have a strong understanding of credit proposals to ensure covenants and T&Cs are monitored across credit agreements.

    As the head of the department, you are expected to supervise various teams engaged in:

    • Preparation of Letter of Offer and letter of release for loan accounts
    • Reviewing of credit and security documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
    • Processing of car loan applications to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
    • Liaising with relationship managers, lawyers, valuers, agents, dealers and insurance companies to ensure timely completion of documentation
    • Ensuring compliance with all the pre-disbursement and post-disbursement conditions
    • Creation of customers' database
    • Placement of insurance policies
    • AML/CFT KYC Reviews – Onboarding, Trigger Reviews and Periodic Reviews

    Overall, you would monitor the accuracy and efficiency of daily operations and ensure all credit/security/collateral documents are in order. You would also be responsible to verify and authorise facility limit implementation.

    Requirements

    • Tertiary education
    • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the Banking & Finance industry; 5 years in a supervisory capacity
    • At least 10 years of relevant experiences in credit management and administration
    • Highly meticulous with critical thinking skills and resourceful in problem solving
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong writing and project management skills
    • Candidate who is legally trained would be an advantage

    *Salary and corporate title will commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications
