Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with marketing leads, provide information about our platform and guide them through the registration process.
- Follow up with private hire drivers regarding missing documents.
- Assist drivers during the onboarding process by answering questions and providing necessary support.
- Handle driver walkins and address their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Following up with GIRO authorizations
- Verify driver documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Follow up with drivers on their rental and vocational license expiry dates, providing reminders and assistance as needed.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Min GCE 'O' Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in customer support, sales, or a related field is preferred
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer orientated, flexible and adaptable
- Good communication skill
