Service Technician - Singapore - HCS SCIENTIFIC & CHEMICAL PTE. LTD.
Description
Our company is seeking to hire a service technician to provide technical support and work closely with customers to resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external team to ensure seamless customer support
- Document and maintain service report accurately
- Provide onsite support as needed
Requirements:
- Degree/Higher Diploma in electrical engineering or min. 3 years equivalent field working experience is required
- Proven experiences in technical support, troubleshooting and customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and technical skills
Benefits:
- 5day week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
