1.

Provide System Administration including but not limited to the following:

a. Change parameter to system software.

b. Create, delete, and modify, define domains.

c. Create, delete, and modify system utilities and other scripts.

d. Create, delete, and modify system and user login scripts.

e. Create, delete, and modify drive mappings.

f. Create, delete, revoke, disable and modify user accounts.

g. Grant and revoke access to directories/ files.

h. Create, delete, and modify print servers and queues.

i. Create, delete, and modify directories.

l. Develop and monitor backup/ recovery jobs, corn jobs, procedures and

schedules.

m. Schedule and execute production jobs.

o. servers.

p. Perform SSL certificate renewal for the systems.

q. Create, delete, deploy, and modify File Transfer Program (FTP) / Secure File

Transfer Protocol (SFTP) accounts and scripts.

r. Manage the encryption/ decryption keys for the server.

s. Conduct proactive performance tuning whenever required on all the IT system.

t. Conduct proactive housekeeping of all log files in the system, database and
Customer.

u. Monitor proactively and alert the Customer on the potential problems on
hardware and software which may affect the system availability and
performance.

v. Security hardening of the servers.

Install, un-install or upgrade the system software, inclusive of operating system and its associated system software.
Schedule and execute production jobs in accordance with the specifications as stipulated by the Customer.
Work with server vendor or other third-party vendor to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve all server-related problems.
Document and maintain server administration guides, logical system diagrams and

operation manuals. Create such documents if they are currently not available.

Requirements:

Possess the relevant qualifications and/or be proficient in the following areas:
a. Minimally three (3) years hands-on experience in administration of servers.

b. Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare

c. Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server

d. Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy

e. Preferably experience in Commvault/Symantec Backup Products

f. Preferably experience in Trendmicro/Symantec Anti-virus products.

g. Preferably certified in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), ITIL or equivalent.

h. Knowledge with EMC storage

j. Good understanding with Change Management processes

k. Basic Networking knowledge is a plus.
