$2500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customer regarding daily order requests (incoming and outgoing), and make delivery and collection arrangements.
  • Communicate with the relevant Logistics Assistants to pass the information and documents completely and accurately.
  • Perform order processing of customer's receipt and issue orders according to customers' requirements. Check to ensure that data entry is accurate.
  • Ensure that all relevant transaction records are accountable and maintained neatly in hard or soft copy
  • Ensure and manage customer assigned properties (e.g. system key) in safe and good order at all times.
  • Adhere to warehouse safety and security measures at all times
  • Ensure cleandesk policy at all times (e.g. kept customer confidential info under key & lock)
  • Escalate to Supervisor any critical issues regarding service, inventory, and equipment that can affect the quality of work

Requirements:


  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
