Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

Oversee entire retail operations such as sales, manpower, inventory, store planning and maintenance and weekly reporting of sales achievement.
Ensure the company's policies and standards are implemented and executed.
Formulate strategies and plan monthly sales forecast to meet business targets to achieve good profitability and opportunities for growth.
P&L responsibility and budget management
Identifying the right store location for the business set up.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful in the role, you should have:

At least 5 years of experience in retail operations or general management within the F&B retail/QSR industry.
Entrepreneur mindset and great people management skills
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
Able to work under time pressure, motivated, good working attitude and strong customer management skills
