Manage activities from site installation and test & commissioning with Tools Owner / Vendors / Contractors
To coordinate facilities, tools, and machines when required by IE Team
Support engineers and production team on electrical work requests and daily documentations.
Work closely and assist supervisor to interface with contractors and customers
Promote areaspecific documentation like checklist & procedure to ensure safety and impact on production
Use MS Office Tools and demonstrate ability to understand drawing and highlighting discrepancies
Support Engineers in updating Project AUTOCAD drawing/layout
Regular supervision and checking to improve safety & housekeeping
Ensure continuous efficient operation of production support system without disruption to production activity
Demonstrate awareness protocols & requirements and deploy them to contractors
To establish regular, working interaction with peers from each team involved in tool installation, communicating clearly and respectfully all relevant information
Keep Supervisor and Engineer informed regarding the progress of assigned work as well as any abnormalities observed in the area
Study and review production scenario and planning for Tool Install activities
Register and escort the visitor inside the site whenever needed
