    Job Description:


    Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ) based on Site Reports Cost Estimation and Budgeting Cost Control and Monitoring Review and Analyze Supplier/Subcontractor Quotations Research and Source Materials, Equipment, and Subcontractors Final Account Settlement Handle monthly salary payroll and prepare payslip for staff Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of expatriate employees, including visa and work permit documentation.

    Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permit renewals, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Ensure Projects are Completed Within Budget and Maintain Quality General Administration (Documentation & Filing) Any other tasks as required by Management
