    Roles & Responsibilities

    Accounts cum Admin Executive

    • Eunos – Kaki Bukit
    • 5 Days work week (8.30am-6pm)
    • Friendly working environment

    We are a local wholesale distributor in search of a suitable candidate to join our team as an Accounts Cum Admin Executive.

    Job Description:

    • Manage full set of accounts
    • Billing customers, ensuring prompt collections, and maintaining document filing, including daily sales invoices
    • Prepare and submit GST, income tax, and monthly CPF (Central Provident Fund) contributions
    • Monthly preparation of financial reports such as Profit and Loss (P&L), Sales, and Balance Sheet
    • Handle payroll matters, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits
    • Process claims, including verifying and reimbursing employee expenses
    • Follow up on outstanding payments from clients or customers to ensure healthy cash flow
    • Attend to incoming phone calls, address inquiries, and provide assistance as necessary
    • Perform general office administrative tasks such as courier arrangement, management of stationery and pantry supplies, and maintenance of office equipment
    • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent
    • 2-3 years of experience in handling full set(s) of accounts
    • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to multitask with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
    • Positive work ethic and problem-solving skills
    • Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a team
    • Knowledge of Autocount Accounting System is a bonus

    Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred for customer interactions

    Immediate start or by mid-May 2024
