HR Executive - Singapore - ARROWCREST TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the recruitment process, employment contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Handle and coordinate dormitory-related matters (check-in, check-out, new and renewal of tenancy agreement).
- Process monthly payroll for foreign staff
- Initiate and organise employee welfare activities, ie. annual dinner, company outing, social activities, teambuilding, CSR events, etc.
- Application of courses for employees
- Company's insurance matters
- Check and prepare staff claim
- Any ad-hoc and other duties as assigned by the company
Requirements:
- A good team player with positive attitude
- Meticulous, resourceful, proactive and well-organised
- Mature, sensitive and discreet in dealing with confidential matters
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
