**Our client is a Global MNC in the events industry, one of the leading players in the Hospitality. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Admin Assistant to support their Project Team. They are located in the East - easily accessibleLocation:
Changi
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the project team in all sales, operations, marketing and administrative support as required.
- Liaising with team members to enhance customer relations with exhibitors and visitors.
- Compiling show directory, maintaining show databases and promotional materials, and verifing invoices.
- Monitoring payment status, process contracts and sales reports as tasked.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline, preferably with at least 1 year of working experience
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills
