    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Salary: Up to $2700 + $100 Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus + Incentives

    Duration: 2 Years Contract, Extendable/Convertible to Permanent

    Working Days/Hours (depending on assignment):

    • 5-day work week with shift work, required to work on weekends
    • 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on Public Holidays

    *Note: Not allowed to use phones during working hours due to handling of Private & Confidential (P&C) documents

    Responsibilities:

    • Address inquiries, mainly incoming calls via hotline or other channels like email
    • Understand customer needs and offer prompt, precise, and satisfactory responses
    • Handle inquiries from customers from start to end
    • Make outbound calls to customers requesting callbacks
    • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the call center system
    • Achieve/exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management
    • Engage with all customers in a positive and supportive manner
    • Available to work weekends and do overtime when needed
    • Perform any additional tasks assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in Call Centers or Customer Service is highly desired
    • Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking clientele
    • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Self-driven and capable of independent work with minimal oversight
