Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a branch
• Manage personnel and operations at showrooms, company events, roadshows on a rotational basis, including training and organising manpower
• Monitor and implement strategies to achieve sales KPI
• Lead and participate in management assigned projects
• Provide supervisory input upwards for management decision making

Skills Required

• At least 4 years of experience in automotive corporate leasing
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license

Other Requirements

• Strong leadership skills, with a strong desire to strive for results
• Outgoing personality and willing to go the extra mile

Estimated Salary: $4000 to $10,000 (including fixed basic pay and variable pay depending on performance)
