Description

  • Be punctual for their duties
  • Exhibit professionalism and be serviceoriented (Manpower to have past
customer service experience)

  • Loading passengers' bags and luggage onto taxis
  • Diverting and assisting passengers to opt for different modes of transport
during periods of low taxi supply or any other time periods decided by CAG

  • Provide passengers with accurate information about Changi Airport
  • Other adhoc duties as directed by CAG and the appointed Contractor
that is managing taxi operations which includes but not limited to:

  • Clearing trolleys within the taxi roadway and terminal building and placing them in a designated area as instructed by CAG or its appointed Contractor
  • Collaborating with the existing taxi coordination team to
facilitate efficient passenger allocation and to manage
passenger queue. When deemed necessary, queue diversion
has to be carried out

  • Assisting with shuttle bus services by directing passengers to
shuttle bus stops, providing information on shuttle bus routes
