Service Coordinator - Singapore - ALGAS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.
Description
Liaison with clients for remote trouble shooting and advice in servicing and maintenance- Assist in scheduling Service Technicians and manpower coordination
- Assist in document submissions and controlling
- Tracking and followup for every service and maintenance cases
- Review project schedules and ensure timely submission of documents to Authorities.
- Ability to work closely with Engineer for various Project phases.
- All drawings and correspondences must be well documented.
- Timely coordination and follow up with the Plumber/ Maincontractor or Consultant. Any other adhoc duties as and when instructed by Management.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to deal with clients
- Lots of initiative and excellent organizational skills
- Must possess integrity and drive
- Good team leading skills
- Ability to make good decisions
- Preferred, At least Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
