About the role

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manages multiple teams focused on major projects specific to establishing and executing department objectives related to implementing lean, continuous improvement, and six sigma (Process Certification) processes in accordance with the Carrier Excellence Criteria and program directives.
  • Directs teams in the deployment of Carrier Excellence tools and methodologies in business and manufacturing environments to drive best in class processes while gaining recognition as an Carrier Excellence Practitioner/Carrier Excellence Master.
  • Leads Carrier Excellence Site Assessments to enable Carrier Excellence site and cell certifications.
  • Evaluates departmentwide monthly Carrier Excellence Performance Metrics to ensure that organization objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, and quality are met.
  • Acts as a leading authority and reviews, approves, and oversees Carrier Excellence training programs to ensure a successful Carrier Excellence Certification Program.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required, with preference major in Engineering.
  • 10+ years experience working in multicultural environment driving process improvement, optimization and transformation.
  • Ability to drive change and transformation across different stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated effective project management skills and experience.
  • Confidence in clearly presenting to executives and large groups.
  • Ability to build crossfunctional relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess Six sigma black belt certification.
  • Able to travel extensively (at least 50%).
