Summary: -Work Day: Mon- Fri- Work Hours: 9am -6pm- Salary: up to $3500- Location: Ubi - North East - Benefits : 14days AL, AWS and VBRoles & Responsibilities- As a Human Resource Officer (HRO) / Manager, your scope of work covers the full spectrum of HR administrative functions.- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives- Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company- Handle MOM surveys, Government grants and related documentation.- Ensure proper maintenance and updating of all documents.- You will be involved with employee engagement, policy administration, employee benefits, company-wide employee activities, performance management and handle employee grievances.- Responsible for confirmations, annual appraisal and off boarding processes- Oversee HR SOPs relating to staff- Offer support on ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as required.

Requirement:- A minimum of 3 years of working experience of HR experience in security industry.
