Job Description:

Schedule booking for the customer
Daily administrative and operational tasks
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Handle document control, distribution, filing, and archiving of project correspondence, documentation, and both hard copy and softcopy, both incoming and outgoing.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Maintaining reasonable customer satisfaction by ensuring that their queries and needs are met.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Review data and conduct analysis, propose resolutions of key issues relating to customer deliveries.
