Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior Manager is responsible the procurement, receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs.

Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring procedures and protocols.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles with data storage systems.
Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layout.
Plan and optimize delivery routes for each driver to deliver more efficiently.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
Completes logistical operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
Manages staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Improves staff performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
Proficient with different computers operating system such as Windows 10/11. MacOS is a plus.
Effective oral and written communication skills in English
Strong leadership and management skills
Orientation for new staff
