Job Description:


  • Operational and administrative lead of the packaging CIT software team; managing assignment, work planning of software engineers.
  • To manage new software development projects and escalations from customer sites and production.
  • Provides technical coaching and support software engineers, identify knowledge and experience gap and initiate / facilitate training and education accordingly assisted by R&D team.
  • Ensure the transfer knowledge between the team.
  • Implement efficient work processes to improve collaboration within the team and external departments, such as R&D team, Tech Support and Production sites.
  • Drive the implementation of the department / team strategy into the workflow.
  • Participate in software development / debugging works as part of the team, when required.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree in Software or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Sciences.
  • Experience in leading multicultural team.
  • Good team player, able to motivate team to a common goal.
  • Creative and innovative thinking in problem solving.
  • Sense of flexibility and responsibility.
  • Good in communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of IT tool: e.g. PLM, SAP, Lotus Notes will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft.
Net framework (C#, WCF, WPF) using Microsoft Visual Studio.

  • Knowledge of UML and state machines.
  • Experience with version control in Mercurial / GIT will be a plus.
  • Experience with PLC (IEC will be a plus.
