The Manager, Logistics and e-Commerce Fulfilment Training will oversee the development of training programme to support the training and placement of persons with special needs (trainees) into related job roles.

He/she liaises and collaborates with key stakeholders to identify workplace requirements and training opportunities and oversee placement of trainees into related job roles.

He/she will evaluate the effectiveness of the training programme and intervention towards long term sustainable efforts to support trainees in the logistics and e-commerce fulfilment sector.

Responsibilities

Manage a team and ensure efficiency of training centre's operations
Develop & implement recruitment, training & placement plans and strategies to ensure the attainment of targets & goals
Oversee training and development of trainees
Develop and implement training programs relevant to the sector
Develop training materials and training methods relevant to the profile of trainees
Monitor training activities and onthejob training conducted onsite and offsite
Oversee the placement of trainees to jobs
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and trainers
Manage stakeholders to build relationships and drive collaboration, including organising of learning journeys

Requirements:

Preferably with experience in the logistics and/or ecommerce fulfilment environment
Experience in designing, developing, and executing training programs
Strong project management skills
Strong people management and coaching skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
