Roles & Responsibilities

We seek a professional individual to provide administrative support for various projects handled by the company.

Job Scope:

Assist with day-to-day project processing matters.
Create estimated case timeline and customise documents checklist, closely monitor application progress.
Provide personalised advice and submit relevant applications for clients' cases.
Guide clients in document preparation and provide periodic updates.
Check the accuracy of documents for submission and engagement invoices.
Respond to clients' queries regarding the applications timely.
Attend to queries raised by authorities, and draft proposed responses on behalf of clients.
Ensure follow-up on receivables and monitor timelines.
Able to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and business associates.
Provide weekly updates to the director.
Research the latest migration policies from various authorities and provide up-to-date information to internal staff and business partners.

Requirements:

Fluent in English.

Able to schedule, update, and complete tasks on time.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment (as you will manage multiple cases simultaneously).
