    Roles & Responsibilities

    Operation Admin Assistant

    Location: Outram park

    Salary: Up to $3000/month

    6 months contract to perm

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain the trade capture system - to ensure that all tanks/trucks movements are promptly and accurately reflected
    • Manage the inventory system to keep track of oil stocks intank/petrol kiosks tanks
    • Review and process both payable and recoverable invoices
    • Management of physical cargo documentations which involves tracking, reviewing clauses and endorsements/archiving
    • Prepare and issue customs related documents
    • Support adhoc Treasury / Credit / Accounts / Operational matters
    • Provide coverage within Ops Admin Team when required

    Requirements:

    • PC literate
    • Detail orientated and meticulous
