Experience : 3 to 8 years

Requirements:
Must be a Singaporean Citizen to be able to get the required level of clearance.
Strong experience in ServiceNow Development
Good knowledge of IT service management processes and frameworks, such as ITIL.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Expert in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and developer required
ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, KB experience required
Understanding of GRC and VRM experience preferred
Expert in developing ServiceNow Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled

Job Types:
