Assistant Manager, Talent Attraction
RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Health is one of the largest community health and eldercare providers in Singapore.
We are looking to make a difference in our community and are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals to join the Human Resources team.
You can expect to work with a team of agile and committed HR professionals.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to implement manpower planning strategies to promote NTUC Health as an employer of choice.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organisation's culture, values, and opportunities
- Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events and industryspecific platforms to increase hiring conversion rates
- Partner and drive strategic alliances and partners such as educational institutions and government agencies such as e2i, WSG to work on a calendar of recruitment events
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR partners to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the overall recruitment process
- Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics, providing insights and recommendations for
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices that impact the recruitment process
- Identify trends, and competitor practices and analyse data to drive and influence the business unit with
- Support HR digital transformation projects
- Review of work processes and policies to increase efficiency and productivity
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent majors
- At least 5 years of proven track record in similar capacity, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Possess strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage business unit expectations while demonstrating a visible commitment to fulfilling recruitment goals
- High IT literacy to leverage eplatforms & channels, as well as perform data analytics
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills to address challenges and devise innovative talent attraction strategies
- Keep abreast with the market on all hiring platforms, tools, and outreach strategies
- Familiarity with healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and terminology is advantageous
- Experience with channels of mass sourcing of Nursing / Care Support staff
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools
