    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    This is an entry level position within Professional Services Department plays a supporting in the implementation of the Tessaract software for clients that have been successfully closed by the Sales Team. He/she assists the Professional Services team with the onboarding clients by executing the key tasks required to ensure that our software is best configured to suit the business processes of our clients.

    Responsibilities

    1. Executing key tasks required to configure our software to suit the business needs of clients.
    2. Perform analysis and manipulation of data sets in preparation for manual or script-based data migration.
    3. Oversee the data migration process to ensure clients' data are accurately transposed to our software.
    4. Troubleshoot product-related issues with the technical development team and perform testing on product releases and bug fixes.
    5. Ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree preferred.
    • Interest in Enterprise Solution
    • Understanding of business requirements and how to apply technology to a business problem.
    • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Following through deadlines and responsibilities
    • Possess a keen eye for detail
    • Possess excellent presentation skills
