What does a successful Product Manager, Carat do?

Carat is an ecosystem of omnichannel commerce solutions that delivers global payment opportunities across channels, devices and payment methods – securely and at global scale. As a product, technical, and market specialist for Carat, the individual is encouraged to provide thought-leadership and excellence in the sales and delivery of solutions in relation to assigned products:

Involved from conception through end of life for a specific product, product group or product line including product management, product development and business development.

Assist in tracking and reporting product performance throughout its life cycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization.

Manage product development process inclusive of product commercialization tasks required to bring product to market .

Assist in driving product development and enhancements including road map and statement of direction development.

Provide professional consulting service to clients, proactively driving value-based technical solutions and capabilities on sales engagements;

Influence product development on innovation roadmap strategy.

Drive revenue growth through linking customer requirements to Fiserv solutions and increasing scope of opportunity by designing differentiated solutions comprised of multiple products.

Drive channel sales-enablement through differentiated product messaging, solution-based sales training, and value-proposition driven positioning;

Responsible for maintaining a business focus on the day-to-day management of complex solution consulting support across the multi-channel sales pipeline for assigned product segments.

Consults on sales within assigned channels and products and services.

What you will need to have:

7-10 years of experience in product management, sales, technical support and implementation experience with strong consultative and strategic sales support skill sets.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Self-motivated, mature and independent, able to handle multi-tasks and work well under pressure.

Strong problem solving skills and passion for talking with customers to understand their needs

A bias for outcomes doing whatever it takes to make your product and team a success

Payment processing and merchant acquiring industry experience is highly desired.
