    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist to manage members' training, medical and accommodation schemes
    • Program co-ordination with external service providers and management partners
    • Work closely with union leaders and members to ensure smooth operations of the various membership schemes
    • Administrative and operational co-ordination work
    • Prepare reports, monitor, identify and evaluate members' programs
    • Prepare periodic reports on department updates
    • Assist in coordination of union events and activities
    • Any other assigned duties

    Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma holder, with min 2 years work experience
    • Experience in shipping or training would be an advantage
    • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing and communication skills is a must
    • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Possess a pleasant personality and ability to interact with people from all levels
    • Ability to multi-task, work independently as well as in a team

    Additional info:

    • Job type: Permanent
    • Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 530pm)
