Our client is a leading company in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services of aircraft engines. Their coverage includes military and commercial services across European and APAC regions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Looking for individuals who are passionate in aircraft engine repair/technical skillsets. You will be responsible for the servicing of client accounts to ensure contractual agreements are delivered accordingly.

In this role, you will focus on the following:

Provide technical solutions to difficulties faced and formulate customized troubleshooting plan according to client needs Lead investigations for in-service events Gather and analyse return of experience from the field and conduct investigations as required Analyse downloaded engine data and parameters as required Analyse and issue Technical Agreements to keep engines in service Perform visits to prominent operators/customers for technical reviews Participate in contracts and program management reviews

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of related experience in Aerospace sector More than 5 years' experience in technical support or MRO roles Good working knowledge in Gas Turbine Engines and/or Aircrafts Systems Proven track record for resolution of engineering issues Confident to present in front of an audience or customers on products and services provided by company Ability to work in a multi-project and cultural environment Perform ad-hoc customer/vendor visits when required
