Financial Strategy and Fundraising

:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with fundraising objectives. Leverage your existing network of investors to secure funding for the company. Lead fundraising activities, including M&A transactions and IPO processes. Collaborate with the senior management team on strategic decision-making.

Investor Relationship Management

:

Utilize your established relationships to attract potential investors. Build and maintain trust with investors, showcasing your successful track record. Develop tailored investor engagement strategies to secure funding. Provide regular updates and address investor inquiries and concerns.

Financial Planning and Analysis

:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify growth opportunities. Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders and investors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the senior management team, to optimize financial performance.

Risk Management and Compliance

:

Implement robust risk management processes and internal controls. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory matters.

Leadership and Collaboration

Work closely alongside the senior management team, providing strategic financial guidance and support. Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team. Collaborate with executive management on strategic decision-making. Work cross-functionally to align financial goals with company objectives. Offer financial insights and guidance to support business growth.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
At least 5 years' experience in the finance industry and proven experience in listed company as CFO, financial controller, or relevant role Proven experience as a CFO or in senior finance leadership roles within the blockchain industry.
Strong expertise in fundraising, M&A, and IPO processes.
Existing network of investors and successful track record in securing funding.
Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in financial management systems and tools.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Resultoriented with a cando attitude.
