Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborates effectively with crossfunctional business partners on business growth, product design, release rollouts, EOL/migration, incident escalation, retention initiatives and strategic plans including but not limited to Product Management, Content Management, Sales and Account Team, Business Leadership, and Technology.
  • Partners with People Leader to continually evolve Specialist capabilities to reflect bestinclass customercentric processes through relevant documentation, tools, & technical delivery methodologies.
  • Coaches staff to ensure accurate delivery of services & solutions and applies advanced project leadership skills to drive and execute high priority initiatives around tools, processes and working practices to be a bestinclass service.
  • Is responsible for best practices around best usage, extraction and utility of our solutions for our clients and advises solution sets for bespoke clients.
  • Leads project teams and key projects to achieve the respective service level targets and departmental objectives.
  • Is a Business Critical Communicator

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Recommended Degree: Finance, Business, Information Science, Computer Science, or Economics
  • Significant experience in clientfacing role in relevant financial or data modelling industry
  • Advanced understanding of the business area, customer profile, and products supported
