    Description

    We are seeking a senior Delivery manager to lead large-scale data and analytics initiatives within a leading retail banking institution. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, overseeing complex data programs.

    This is a leadership role suited for someone with strong delivery ownership, deep data platform expertise and proven experience managing enterprise-scale programs.

    Responsibilities:

    You will be accountable for the end-to-end execution of major data and analytics programs, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.

    The role includes overseeing large data warehouse and big data implementations, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity across platforms such as Teradata, Hadoop, and Cloudera ecosystems. You will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, credit, CRM, and sales functions to translate business strategies into scalable technical solutions.

    The position requires leading multi-stream programs across Agile and traditional delivery models, managing internal teams, external vendors, and offshore partners. You will provide technical oversight across ETL, big data processing, reporting platforms, and advanced analytics environments while maintaining architectural and operational standards.

    Requirements:

    You should bring over 10 years of experience delivering enterprise data and analytics programs within financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing cross-functional technology teams.

    Strong hands-on knowledge of data warehousing and big data platforms is required, including experience with Hadoop ecosystems (Spark, Hive, Kafka, etc.), Teradata or Oracle databases, and ETL/data quality tools.

    You should possess strong stakeholder management skills, experience overseeing defect resolution and risk mitigation processes, and the ability to manage budgets and strategic delivery objectives.
