    Roles & Responsibilities



    Job Overview:

    • Generating payment receipts for customers
    • Assigning New Car inventory to customers in the system
    • Processing trade-ins for Used Cars
    • Handling registration processes for New Cars
    • Managing CPO Car procedures
    • Completing any additional administrative tasks as delegated by supervisors

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum GCE 'O' Level certificate with relevant experience in administration
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications
    • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, especially when dealing with extensive paperwork
    • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Enthusiastic about learning and thriving in a dynamic, results-oriented setting
    • Shows dedication, focus, and a commitment to delivering optimal performance
    • Able to manage uncertainty and maintain confidentiality
    • Recognizes the importance of balancing individuality with teamwork
