Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 1.00pm – 8.30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9.30am – 6.30pm
Weekly working hours: 41 hours
Weekly off: 1.5 days
Job Duty
1. Assist sales team in relationship management
2. Indoor sales: Introduce the product (courses) to the new customers
3. Assist in digital marketing; handling company's social media accounts by updating contents
4. Design posters and advertisements
5. Assist in marketing events and outing (e.g., Seminar, talk, presentation etc.)
6. Student registrations and updating clients' information

Job Requirement
1. Polytechnic diploma, equivalent or higher
2. Highly responsive, responsible, and earnest
3. Team player, and also able to work independently
4. Understand Chinese clients' needs
5. Communication after working hours is required
6. Weekend Work is required
7. Patient and love to communicate with people
8. Eager to learn and able to take feedback positively
Preferred background (any of the following)
1. Possessing professional knowledge and skills relating to relationship management
2. Having experience in sunning social network account or media platform (e.g., XiaoHongShu, WeChat channel/official account, Weibo, Instagram etc.)
3. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Power Point, photo, or video editing apps
4. Possessing sales, customer service or relationship management experience
5. Proficient in English and Chinese reading and writing
6. Present good interpersonal skills and is able to work under pressure
7. Having Singapore primary and/or secondary education experience
