Client Engineer - Singapore - ADDON SYSTEMS PTE LTD
Description
Responsibilities:
- Correspondence with customers (including overseas) request
- Ability to troubleshoot onsite and online
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Maintaining customer infrastructure & networks
- Knowledge of firewall, Active Directory, backup solutions
Required:
- Nitec/Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Background in IT, computer systems engineering or systems engineering
- Ability to effectively multitask when necessary
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience
- Able to work in a team and independently
