    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    1. Manage internal quality audit program from audit planning to implementation and reporting to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
    2. Support and create training materials and work closely with various departments to deliver our annual work plan
    3. Propose and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions with proper follow up and documentation
    4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement, non-conformities, and opportunities for enhancing quality process.
    5. Work with the production team to build a product that meets customer expectations.
    6. Assisting in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems based on ISO/ HACCP/ HALAL/ FSSC standards.
    7. Propose and support quality improvement projects and manage customer complaints.
    8. Assist in the preparation of audits by external certification bodies, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place and readily accessible.
    9. Manage the documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans
