    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily requests for unit trust transfers.
    • Processing of unit trust requests.
    • Handle email enquiries or requests from stakeholders.
    • Provide seamless, efficient, effective, and value-added services to front office.
    • Serve as Processor or Checker for various tasks.
    • Account maintenance such as onboarding and updating assignment.
    • Perform validation and support files preparation of insurers.
    • Ad hoc tasks as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Business/Banking/Finance/Accountancy
    • Keen to learn and positive attitude
    • Proficient in MS Office
