About Company:

Our client is a Japanese Izakaya restaurant located at Orchard.

Job Description:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations when necessary.
Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas, including dining and kitchen spaces.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Uphold high standards of customer service and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and teamworkoriented attitude while working with colleagues.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

Working experience in F&B industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle highpressure situations.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A positive and proactive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.

Compensation:

Working location: Orchard

Working Hour: 4pm - 11:30pm (Sunday off)

5/6 days per week
