business in addition to Mergers & Acquisitions, we are looking for a Technical Lead to join our

rapidly growing team

About you

You have an uncanny knack for problem-solving and you have a sharp product mindset.

Our engineers are involved in all aspects of the software design process and create high
- performing, scalable, and secure products.

You should be a pragmatic Engineer who designs the right-sized solutions to build our Products.

You aren't afraid to challenge the status quo and define solutions that sit outside of existing

patterns.

You are hands-on and keep up to date with the latest.

NET and web technologies.

What we would love to see in your profile:

You are passionate about product and shipping value to customers

Strong systems thinking

Work within a SaaS organisation
You are passionate about modernising and continuously improving a large codebase
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think logically and analytically in a problemsolving environment
Excellent organisational skills and ability to focus
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently when required
Ability to prioritise and escalate
Experience with database design and development
Working knowledge of web services and web technologies

What you'll be doing:

Lead the development team in designing and developing software solutions and products
Establish and manage technical standards and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of our software
Set technical direction and ensure adherence to best practices
Mentor and coach the software development team
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Work with Principal Engineer to implement new patterns into your team

Desired Experience:

You have held a Technical Lead (or similar role) for at least 2 years.
You have worked to improve, modernise and decompose large codebases
Experience in documenting solutions
