business in addition to Mergers & Acquisitions, we are looking for a Technical Lead to join our

rapidly growing team

About you

You have an uncanny knack for problem-solving and you have a sharp product mindset.

Our engineers are involved in all aspects of the software design process and create high
- performing, scalable, and secure products.

You should be a pragmatic Engineer who designs the right-sized solutions to build our Products.

You aren't afraid to challenge the status quo and define solutions that sit outside of existing

patterns.

You are hands-on and keep up to date with the latest.

NET and web technologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise and escalate
  • Experience with database design and development
  • Working knowledge of web services and web technologies

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the development team in designing and developing software solutions and products
  • Establish and manage technical standards and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of our software
  • Set technical direction and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Mentor and coach the software development team
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends
  • Work with Principal Engineer to implement new patterns into your team

Desired Experience:

  • You have held a Technical Lead (or similar role) for at least 2 years.
  • You have worked to improve, modernise and decompose large codebases
  • Experience in documenting solutions
