- Your core responsibility is for the daily issue resolution for breaks and reconciliation queries for all of our funds
- Review daily cash, transactions and position reconciliation
- Manage trade bookings and full trade life cycle of the positions
- Act as a focal point for resolution and operational issues with internal stakeholders
- Liaise with the Execution Brokers, Prime Brokers and Fund Administrators
- Participate in weekly and monthly deep-dive calls with the Fund Admin to resolve outstanding breaks
- Degree in Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in the Finance industry
- Previous experience in Buy Side would be a plus
- Excellent product knowledge on Bonds, IRS, FX, Options, Equities, Futures
- Experience in process improvement for the reduction of errors and efficiency
- Self-motivated with positive and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills
