Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Description:
● Plan, control, co-ordinate and oversee the site work operations.
● Manage and be responsible for all aspects of construction works.
● Site project management.
● Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality standards.
● Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and
opportunities.
● Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets and prepare
reports for submission to the Client.
● Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring
and reporting work progress.
● Attend all meetings including consultant, technical and subcontractor.
● Ensure that all the works are executed in accordance with approved Method Statement, Safety Procedure and
Quality Methods.
● Perform other related duties as required by Management.
● Responsible for preparation of planning and progress report every week and report to Project Manager and
client.
● Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers / site.
● Responsible to client and Project Manager for construction as scheduled.
● Strong project management and leadership skills with proven track records.
Requirements:
● Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate.
● At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
● Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
● Independent, positive attitude, self-motivated and responsible.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
