Accountant/ Senior Accountant - Singapore - C-PAK PTE LTD
Description
Job Description:
- Perform daily bookkeeping and handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank recon, etc)
- Review inventories reconciliation, recording of journals and preparation of monthly schedules
- Ensure timely and accurate monthend, quarterly and yearend financial closing
- Prepare financial statements and statutory reports, ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth year end audit, addressing the audit issues, working with the operation team to ensure the implementation of audit recommendations
- Coordinate and liaise with other external parties like tax agents, corporate secretarial, local tax and government authorities where required
- Perform corporate tax computation and possess Transfer Pricing knowledge
- Proactively identify area of improvement and opportunities to drive and enhance finance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the business and management in any business analysis, projects, initiatives, and other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, ACCA or its equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting, or handling group consolidation
- Good knowledge in Finance processes/ procedures
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Selfmotivated, with a strong sense of initiative and receptive to changes
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
