Description

Job Summary- To assist Shift Lead to ensure smooth SP operation in meeting all core functional objectives in accordance to procedures, quality standard, compliance to all regulatory requirement, guidelines in GxP, HSE etc.- To ensure production meet Safety, Quality and Output target.- To operate in compliance to all GMP/GDP requirements and HSE regulatory requirements.


Job Responsibilities- To provide operational support for productivity and product quality effectively and efficiently.- To perform pack-size conversion and machine troubleshooting, actively engage to production technical support to improve production OEE.- Good coordination across the team.- To ensure good 5S standard and HSE compliance in SP operation.

- To drive and participate on the recovery process of non-routine issues

Job Requirement

Note:
The following physical activities must also be performed repeatedly throughout the shift:

  • Push rolling carts weighing approximately 300KG
  • Transfer contact lenses magazines between transfer carts
  • Manual movement of pallets using pallet jack
