Responsibilities:


  • Undertake daily checklist and facility/plan walkthrough, identify potential issue and highlight to supervisor/manager proactively
  • Undertake inspection, testing and maintenance for selfperformed equipment
  • Provide supervision and escort during any vendor activity
  • Attend to any fire drill, equipment testing as required
  • Provide inputs into the creation of SOP/EOP
  • Respond to any incident and escalation as per the SLA requirements
  • Conduct the necessary the mitigation in order to make safe, isolate fault and resume operation
  • Undertake any adhoc repairs for self performed activities Building Fabric, Carpentry, Plumbing & Sanitary
  • Attending to any work request and/or alarm in a diligent and timely manner
  • Handle ACMV, Building, Fire Response System/DECAM, Electrical and Mechanical rectification.
  • Escalate issues and incidents and provide support during emergency call out/manpower coverage.

Job Requirements

  • NITEC (or equivalent) in relevant FM discipline, with minimum 5 years relevant experience; or
  • Higher NITEC (or equivalent) in relevant FM discipline, with minimum 3 years relevant experience; or
  • Minimum SEC (Skill Evaluation Certification) of relevant FM discipline accredited by BCA, with minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Willing to work at Tuas South area (transport provided at Boon Lay MRT station)
