As an Internal Control intern, you will report to the Finance Manager.
A strong involvement is necessary to understand the activities and specificities of TEGPA's activities.
In this environment, your missions will be the following:
Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Internal Control :
•Coordinate the review and update of SOX control process and procedures by the control owners.
•Assist with the completion of the yearly ELC questionnaire and ensure satisfactory quality level of the answers and support documentation provided by control/ process owners.
•Creating, entering and updating TEGPA's policies & procedures repository
Update the mapping risk tool.
Participate and assist other team members in the following tasks:
•Define and update, in conjunction with the Management, the procedures and delegations of authority for TEGPA and TEGPAU.
•Ensure the proper functioning of the business management , the risk control, the availability of the procedures documents and the compliance with their application
